Pathetic service

Very disappointed by the service from kfc Shell Denver, on Wednesday 21st of August at 18:49 I went to purchase there as I was heading to Kzn, I requested for a sweet Chilli wrap and to my surprise when I ate in the car it was a classic wrap not sweet Chilli the lady who was calling out orders was so rude gave me hot drinks when I asked her to exchange and give me cold drinks she said I'm making things hard for her she is in no condition to be bending and exchanging drinks for me, she said she only had one flavor drinks yet there was apple flavor and breakfast punch flavor yooooo they are so rude hope you check the footage I'm the lady in the green long and green puffer jacket
