Pathetic service

I placed an order #Nomaswazi*** on the 10th of Sep and got an sms that it has been delivered. I did not receive it and how has it been delivered without the pin?? Logged a complaint and i was advised i will get a refund with 7-14 days? Case no. ***. I have asked the consultant who was helping on chats to call the driver and he told me they don’t have contact details of the driver????? I want my order now or money back. Do not order from the KFC app
