Pathetic service

I ordered a meal via KFC's delivery partner Uber Eats. This was the Marlbarton outlet. As a side I requested a roll which did not come with the order. My previous order via MR D was ordered from the Glen branch and was delivered 1 hour later.

With loadshedding happening. The easy way is to do fast foods. I called the call center and they tell me to contact their approved delivery partner

KFC you have lost the plot in customer service.

I will definitely not be supporting your pathetic brand and will mention this to people I know.
