Pathetic service

I'm so disappointed in the service I received from KFC Mayfield Square last night. I literally spent 1hour 24 minutes on a drive thru that had less than 10 cars. At one point I spent 47 minutes standing on the same spot without any movement. This is absolutely ridiculous. How do you justify that for a "FAST FOOD" outlet? They should have at least informed us at the speaker that their service is on a festive mode instead of allow us to be stuck on the drive thru without any chance of driving out. We are paying customers and we do not deserve to be treated as if we are asking for handouts. Such service doesn't uphold your standard.
