PATHETIC SERVICE

We placed an order with the manager Loshni, she did not inform us that they are busy and the order will be delayed. We phoned them after an hour to find out about the order we where told the driver will be by us in 5 minutes, half an hour later we phoned again and we where told they will phone the driver and phone us back which didn't happen, after 2 hours did the meal come, the burgers where out of its packaging and the chips where cold and dry and hard. the manger Loshni couldn't help me as that's what she said also Athul the other manager also didn't help, they gave me the customer such a bad attitude and such disregard! I will never ever order from them ever again
