Pathetic service

There is a sticker on the window (now covered up) that clearly states if you dont receive a slip your purchase is free... whatever!! excuses excuses.. our system is of... as if that is my problem. That day i bought four cappuccinos two am wraps and two breakfast burgers and a large pops as well as one liquid fruit for my son.had to wait for ages. Paid (no slip) next window i was asked to please reverse as the timer is counting and that would look bad for them.... Received my bag of food i asked \Is this everything"Yes\"" said the man handing me my cappachino"
