Pathetic Service

KFC. Please do hire people that need a job and appreciate it,not people that feel at home and are pathetic! I was just at KFC in (Russell) and I was served by a lady called Nontobeko who was very much disrespectful. She blatantly refused to change my order all because I had already paid but what I wanted was in the same price. She didn't have her name tag on luckily she gave me a slip that had her name. All the staff was pathetic to a point that the lady that was assisting her in giving out the orders literally just threw the paper bag that had my meal. I literally froze and all she screamed out was next asking for the next customer instead of apologizing. The service is bad and so was the meal. Can management please intervene for its not like KFC is for free for such a bad service. One pays and I feel they can do better. I'm really Irate because such could be avoided if people can just remember that they not doing customers a favor by doing they job.
