Pathetic service

This outlet is a waste of time. Very bad service. Passed by Tuesday the 28th of May at 7pm was told it wl take 15-20mins for the chicken to be ready and i left to Nandos down the road and again today the 30th of May i passed by at 7:10pm only to be told the same story. This is service is very pathetic from this branch. Honestly who doesnt know that between 6pm-8pm is a busy time for fast foods. Clearly the management of this branch has zero management s****s, have been so frustrated i will never waste my time again.
