Pathetic service

On Wednesday night we order 2 streetwise two. When we paid she said sorry we must please just wait 14minutes for our order coz the chicken isn't ready yet so we must just Park and she'll bring it to us, so no problem we waited. 20minutes later we went inside to follow up where our order is and there it was standing one side getting cold. Then we asked why didn't she bring it and she said it's not her problem that its standing there. So I wonder what kind of customer service is this???!!!!!!
