Pathetic service

It was my birthday about 3 weeks ago. My gf & i decided we wanted skmething quick to eat. After being told that our meal would only take 10 minutes we were fine with waiting. When arriving to pay we got told it would be 20 minutes she was mistaken. I understood this as i am in the same industry. We waited close to an hour for our meal... after going inside amd seeing multiple customers who had ordered after me receive and drive off with their food. I got pretty annoyed. I stood inside for 10 minutes without anyone so much as asking me for assistance. When i started to raise my voice about my food it arrived 10 minutes after that. In total i waited over an hour for my food which was unacceptable as the shop wasnt even busy. There were maybe 4 cars waiting for food & one customer im the shop. When my food got given to me there was no apology or excuse as to why my food had taken that long. My gf didnt even want to after that as her appetite was lost because the food took so long. Further when we looked on the inside my chips didnt have any seasoning in whatsoever. The worst was that it was a promotional item which took so long. The bucket with the pops, chicken pieces & chips. This is absolutely shocking for a resturant to even operate like this. Simply a terrible experience. If i could give a third of a star i would. I expect a response from kfc head office about this.
