Pathetic service

Very bad service especially in the mornings at KFC Tokai Cape Town there is always shortage of staff to an extent where on the 13/08/18 I went to buy breakfast after waiting for too long when there was no one to attend me at the drive thru now when I proceeded to where I'm suppose to collect food then that was the only time I got help and after so much effort the swiping machine couldn't work so I left, and today I went there again to find a car waiting at the drive thru with no one assisting and until I hoot the bell then someone came to assist and she was saying she ws the only cashier so she is helping in front and drive thru. It's very frustrating I must say to us customers as it is inconveniencing and wasting our time
