Pathetic service

We went to the local Kfc in Eersterust to get supper after the entire area was without power for more than 48hrs.Upon our arrival at the store we wanted to purchase kiddies meals as my grandsons wanted it.We were told they did not have patties and it was not delivered yet.This was at 18h00.Thats a lotta business lost that eve I can imagine.The service was rude and non chalont towards the customers.The apparel worn was not desired for people working the counter and dealing with customers.Behind the counter serving clients with dirty kitchen uniform and head nets.I mean honestly now.One has to have an image to maintain.I took the matter up with H/O. A lady by the name of Sumaya Salie rep**** back via email the following day stating they would look into the matter and would revert back to me.Since, I have never ever heard from KFC again. I sent them another follow up mail requesting what the problem was and informing her as well to the fact that on their till slips it states "vat number pending"i asked for an explanation to this,coz if you dont have a vat number issued for that store then how can you charge the patrons vat.I have also made it known not to use delaying tactics with me as I dont fold easily and this is how these industries operate.They weary the customers.In my case I made it quite clear that I will not be ignored in a case as such.This incident happened more than a week ago.I think I have given KFC a fare chance to reply and hence I will now go public if my complaint was not adhered to.I personally will not tolerate people taking advantage of others and think they will not be exposed for there poor quality and service towards paying patrons.
