Pathetic service

Unbelievable Pathetic service I received at KFC Wonderpark(Akasia). On the 08.06.18 got to KFC at 17:15 had to wait on a very long queue that overlapped outside the door with only one Cashier who was taking orders & also packing Wow on a Friday Evening in such a busy area!! Because my kids love KFC & I already promised them will have KFC for dinner i had to be patient until my turn could come. I was literally assisted 20 minutes later by a tired Cashier who was trying her utmost best to be energetic & friendly but obviously it was too much for her to handle. I asked to speak to a Manager to find out why on earth would KFC can only have one Cashier on a Friday Evening just after month with about six till points that were free, What is the point of of having six till point with only one cashier or is it just for decoration purposes maybe KFC ran out of ideas to decorate the place? The answer from the manager was their Head office has allocated one Cashier regardless of the time whatsoever. I was so shocked & disappointed with this answer, Wow KFC indeed careless about their customers. This made me realize that KFC only cares only about the Donations we make more than the service we deserve. I have decided to stop buying at KFC Wonderpark(Akasia) I'll rather drive to KFC Nina Park as my family & I do not matter to them.
