Pathetic service

KFC Reservoir Hills KZN was visited on the 04/01/2018 to purchase food. Firstly the Chips that were supp**** were old refried chips that looked terrible. Upon my return to the branch to have this changed, the staff and the manager Zonke were extremely rude and unfriendly and were of no assistance. Next we had bugs all over the counter were food was being distributed from (pics taken) After an Hour and a Half wait nothing was done to assist. I then left the branch and proceeded to my home to go fetch the rest of the meal to return as I was not being assisted by Zonke or any other staff member of the Reservoir hills branch. Zonke was fully aware of me going home to fetch the rest of the goods so I could have this returned and get a refund, upon my 3rd visit with the goods Zonke refused to refund and started giving me attitude. I will never ever use this Pathetic branch ever again and strongly advise that the owner look at getting proper trained staff to manage this branch, also to watch the food items that leave this branch as KFC is supposed to have a reputation but this branch is making them look really bad,
