Pathetic Service

We got to Montrose yesterday about mid-day. i ordered the crunch burger meal, lunch box and medium pops. slip given to my husband no pops on it, so he ordered it separately, they charged him for a large pops and ordered dunked wings. after reviewing the 1st receipt 457, i noticed they charge me R 22.90 and an additional R 18.00 for the crunch burger meal. on inquiry the team leader stated its not on the system, i advised that it was advertised so i want it at that cost. she refunded me and also for the dunked wings. Service was extremely slow, no serviettes were provided either. i inquired about sprinkles for the pops and was told it was an additional R 3.00, it only comes free with the medium pops(which i requested and they got the order entirely wrong)- this makes no sense. Then all the staff start talking in Zulu and say we are problematic people as my husband and i understand Zulu.
