Pathetic service

This is the KFC opposite the medicross. Tonight was the 4th time we went to this KFC and all 4 times got bad service. The first time we waited at the drive thru and the order was wrong. The next 3 times we went into the shop and had to wait over an hour for the food and they wernt even busy. The service is very delayed and my husband and I will never go back again. They should close down or not be a 24hour cause their service is so terrible. The only reason we went back was because they a 24hour and I live nearby. But after tonight I would rather drive to a distance or not even go to the franchise.
