Pathetic Service

I had the most pathetic service from KFC Haven Hills. Placed an order at 18:20 online for delivery, they kept moving the time back until they cancelled the order at 19:20 because there were no drivers to deliver.

I placed another Order for collection now at 19:28 and checked in same time because I live 5 minutes away from the store, giving them time to prepare the order. When I got there they were busy with the same “drivers” that weren’t available to do my delivery. I left the shop at 20:00 and that’s only because I had to go stand by the counter and ask for my order
