Pathetic Service

I went to buy food for me and my family at KFC Savemore. I waited in line for 10 minutes to place my order. When it's time to place my order I get told there are "NO CHIPS" The time is 19:05. So I ask for a swap out hence there are NO CHIPS.

I get told they cannot exchange/swap for something else.

My complaint is how can the store run out of CHIPS on the last day of the month? Worst of all there isn't even a person/sign at the door to advise us that there are NO CHIPS.

So I had to get my family a meal with NO CHIPS. I find this really unprofessional.
