Pathetic Service

<p>This is the first time i experienced such bad serive from the KFC in Rosebank, i went there on saturday, ordered and the total was R99.90, I tendered R100.00 note and was give just my slip, i know that 10c is not alot in this day and age however if Khanyi who assisted me took 10c from every person she assisted, she will make a quick buck at the end of her shift, when i questioned Khanyi for my change, she said your meal is R99.90 and you dont get change, so i gave the wow you really telling me that look, i told her that i paid R100.00 and im entitiled to my change, she tehn went to say that she doesnt have 10c and went further to ask the other workers to check the floor if there was a 10c lying around or somewhere in the office, i mean i really understand when the cahier says sorry i dont have a 5c or 10c but telling me that i am not entitiled to it.</p>
