Pathetic Service

<p>Hi, went to kfc branch in mnt edgecombe on 23/12/2016, I stood in the line for 30 minutes, to purchase ice creams,there was only 1 cashier attending to us, then to be told that the machine not working, I asked them, y didn't they have a signage stating that, the cashier kept quiet, I then requested to speak to their manager, waited for 10 minutes and he never showed up, ur service at that branch is pathetic, I tried call the respective managers at that branch, there was no answer, I then sent them messages. It is not the first time that I have experienced this type of service at that branch. Something should be done about it.</p>
