Pathetic service

This is one of the worst kfc in the area, on 5 different occasions we ordered from them online and every single time, items are missing, foos get here and it is wet, the food looks like it belongs in a trash can, today 3/12/2021 we placed and order again, 50 minutes later it arrived after the driver was talking to his friends in the parking area, food got here cold, the colddrinks were missing, when we opened the food the one packets had 8 chips in the lettuce was old and had sand on, the burgers looks like it was dropped. We foned them and the one manager said they will replace then the next manager foned a female and said that there is only one colddrink missing, maybe next time miss manager check your orders before the leave. How many more times will this poor service be.tolerated, its not like kfc is cheap so a customer at least want what they paid for, and when advertising online ensure the correct orders are dispatched, surely that is not asking to much.
