Pathetic service

KFC in bridge city the one with drive through must be shut down. Service is pathetic I never went there and got what I ordered in time and left like any other KFC. Today I'm writing this review in their parking. I came through drive through the lady told me the meat is not ready I will have to wait 15 minutes than got to the window to pay I'm told the wait is now 20 minutes I'm told the one for 15 minutes is finished it will be given to 2 customers in front of me. The cars in front of me didn't want to move so was stuck inside the drive through ended up ordering and waiting. Honestly I have never came to this drive through and got served in time it either no meat no wings etc. It so irritating shame waste of petrol and time. It nearer to my location but I usually go to Phoenix Plaza which is far cause of service. It exhausting nje someone look to it.
