Pathetic Service

I visited the KFC at Power Park, Orlando East. The service was pathetic! I was on my way from the hospital, I went to the Drive-Thru and when I got there I was told that the lady was all alone and thus she could not divide herself into two. I took a picture of the lady who gave me an attitude and was sarcastically mocking me. I asked her what she meant when she said she was all alone in the store when I saw 3 people including the Manager. She just smiled and disappeared in the kitchen, never came back to explain or apologize.
