PATHETIC SERVIC

I wish there was a way to review without putting a star. Sadly i have to click at least on one star to start my review. I place an online order. They take my money. THEN say straight away they cannot process my order and have started a return payment. How pathetic is that. Why take the order and money from my account in the first place?
