Pathetic response and service

On the 22/12/22 I visited KFC at century city at shell to purchase dinner for my family however the service was very bad they were very slow. I get home and I find out THATTHERE WAS SOME ITEMS MISSING. I was then off on Friday and today I go in to advise accordingly. A manager called Miriam not sure if that's her name came out and gave me soooooo much attitude and asked where's my slip? Told her that I didn't get the slip however I remember my number that was 114 and I can even show her my App because I paid using my card. She was annoyed with me. I asked her to check her till records and she will see my order. She advised me that would take long . She did not seem willing to help and she sounded very dismissing.
