Pathetic online service

Once again pathetic online service from KFC

Did a online order via the app at 16:55pm today and a hour later my order was canceled due to the driver unable to deliver.

3 hours later my money still not reversed into my bank account!!!

In a space of one week cancelations while waiting for my food to be delivered.
