Pathetic online KFC service

I am absolutely disgusted with the customer care at KFC as well as their online app, they took money off my account but my order was not given to me , I was then told to wait 48 hrs for the money to be reverted and still nothing a week later, when I called I was told my case was still being investigated.... You kfc are pathetic
