Pathetic Non Existant service

KFC Sherwood is the most pathetic store from the KFC franchise. They either always mess up orders or they never answer their phones when you call. I once spoke to a guy named Sameer Essa who ensured me that this would never happen again but whenever I try to order, I can never get a hold of the store or when I do, they mess up my order. I seriously need to get a hold of the KFC head office because this store needs to be closed down immediately.
