Pathetic non customer services.

The services received at KFC Promenade and Town Centre are so pathetic. The staff does not know how to treat customers compared to the KFC in Bracenfell where you are actually treated like a customer. I recently complained on their survey and guess what. No call back and it's a week now. Pathetic really.
