Pathetic! Management to blame! Poor Service

KFC Newmarket is pathetic! This is the second time I went there where I waited 40 minites!!!! to get through the drive thru dew to short staff apparently! And this once again on a public holiday! I went to Burger King 1st. Paid and got my food at 16h30. Went to KFC next door and paid eventually at 16h52 and only got my food at 17h11!! By this time my food from Burger King is cold!!! Once again as per my previous complaint, management is to blame for the poor service! I will never visit KFC New Market.
