Pathetic KFC's Mayonnaise Sandwich

On the 4th of June 2018 I decided to spend my money at KFC Kensington only to regret buying a cold, semi-toasted chicken mayo sandwich which a teas**** full of chicken and a lot of mayonnaise on it. In fact, this was a mayonnaise bread. I called the outlet and got no joy as they failed to answer their telephone. I called the customer care line only to waste my precious time and airtime. I was told to drive from Midrand to Kensingtion to drop of this mayonnaise bread so I can get another one. I was told that the concerned will be raised with the outlet and will get a call regarding the concern raised and to date such has not happened.
