Pathetic customer service I waited 15 minutes to place my order Staff laughing and joking and people waiting over 40 minutes per order Messing up orders, lack of concentration KFC Newlands on Newlands West drive is the worst KFC and I thought the long waited period at KFC on Umhlanga rocks next to Coastlands Hotel
