PATHETIC KFC SERVICE

On 21 September 2021 l lodged a complaint with KFC customer care with Ref CAS-751764-P7Y7FO regarding food quality and service. I ordered a sweet chilli twister from the Gate outlet in Pretoria. When l opened the twister it was half filled with 2 small pieces of dry chicen breast one slice of tomato and one piece of lettuce, no sauce at all. I lodged my complaint with KFC together with a photo of the twister and the cash slip, l got one e-mail back and never heard anything after l was told they will investigate. So if this is the service from customer care l can actually understand why the service at the branches and the food quality are so poor. It is disgusting how the clients are treated and there is no value for the prices they ask. DISGUSTING KFC, stop bull****ting the public with the adverti*****ts because the product we get is not nearly the same as the product you advertise on photos.
