PATHETIC KFC SERVICE

Went to KFC Melrose Crossing on 25/01/2023 at 13:12 my order was placed , i placed my order and took a seat while waiting for them to prepare my food, my colleagues number gets called first only to find out the order is completely wrong , I eventually went to enquire about my food which hasn’t even been prepared yet , I end up only receiving my food at 14:10 which is absolutely pathetic to wait so long for my food at a “fast food” restaurant, staff is super unfriendly and uninterested in there job . My food ended up being the most horrible thing on earth with old ingredients used to make it , this is really unacceptable and pathetic.
