Pathetic KFC service

I had placed an order for delivery with the consultant on the delivery line who then informed me that my order will reach me 45 minutes to an hours time. Its 1 and a half hour later and as yet the order has not arrived despite me calling the delivery contact centre and the call centre to find out what had happened. No feedback has been given and my family has been left waiting for their order from the tongaat branch and no one has cared to explain what's going on.
