Pathetic KFC in Kempton Park

This review is specifically aimed for the KFC in Kempton Park (Glen Marais) area. Unfortunately there has not even been one time that I can say that I was satisfied after leaving this KFC. I went to KFC this morning and without any signs at the door that they only take cash, I had to stand in the queue only to be told (After placing my order) that the card machines dont work.

I keep going back to them in the hope that they would better their service, but to my disappointment, nothing has changed. In previous events, we get there on a sunday (mid day) and then advise us that they are closed. ALWAYS getting our orders wrong. (not even once have they got it right) their food is never fresh, always cold and their chips is not cooked. (the worst i had) Then to direct my unhappiness to their staff... They never give their full attention to you, they are constantly having chats with each other when they are supposed to be taking your order. They will finish their chats first before even coming to the till. They are not friendly and scared if you tell them that, they will spit in your food. (This is our reality we live in).

As i have said, I have not once been satisfied with anything they have to offer. I dont even know why i write this review as nothing happens from it as i was not even contacted from my last review i wrote.

I will take to social media in the event to convince as much people to stay clear from that KFC as they clearly dont care about their customers.
