PATHETIC KFC

Once again I went to KFC - Panorama to order breakfast on Saturday morning 31.10.20. I went through the drive through to order 6 x brekkie crunch meals. I waited in line to order, no one greets you I had to say hallo several times just to get someones attention! placed the order and everytime got a reply Huh What?. went to the second window to pay only to find someone standing behind the till screaming to someone else and to release that she never placed the order. after getting rude reply ''huh'' what? I got the order placed and moved forward on checking my slip I was charged extra for sugar free colddrinks? on questionng this I got a tongue click and dirty look ! I am furios. waited in my car for 25 min for them to bring my order I eventually went into the store to ask where my order was only to find out that they did not even start with it !. I left the shop without my money or my food as I was Fed up ! KFC will never see me again ! PATHETIC !
