Pathetic Frozen Food

Hey, Just want to tell KFC with there poor service that it was embarrassing for the 4th time to give people frozen chicken which was not fried even correctly, You guys need to start getting your act together due to you guys are a massive franchise taking money out of people pockets for the pathetic ways of serving food . It is disgusting. They were so stingy on refunding my money they come back at me with another strert wise two after 3 other street wise 2's was thrown in the bin and a burger meal i have kept one street wise two for evidence our company calls are been recorded. I have proof this people needs training on running a store as well as the people making the food. Its enough this company was put live on television. YOU KNOW HOW I STARVED FROM 11am the morning up until 3:15pm the afternoon it is pathetic but i'll seem them guys straight into the cape Argus will make sure my mother goes forward with this matter as she is working at the Cape Argus.
