Pathetic Food & Service - KFC Musgrave Centre

I have purchased KFC from the Musgrave Centre branch on a few occasions, each time hoping their service and food presentation would improve. Their food is really terrible to say the least! Its as if they re-fry the previous days chicken and serve it to customers, that's how the chicken and burgers looked every time! They should honestly go to the KFC at the Crescent at Umhlanga for training, KFC Crescent's food has always been FRESH every time I purchased from them.
