Pathetic Food from a Brand New KFC

<p>Never have I been as disappointed in KFC as last night, money down the drain and I am NOT happy about this. We as a Family Love KFC and we always visit the recently repaired shop in Van Riebeeck Park after it had a Fire incident. However, about four days ago, the newly built KFC in Birchleigh North opened, as this shop is much closer to where we live, we decided to give it a try, much to my disappointment, We opted for the 8 piece Family feast (Number 492 on slip) with chosen sides of 2x Mash and gravy, 2x pops and 2x snack burgers. As the snack burgers are for the kiddies together with a piece of Chicken, I always buy another snack burger. Guess what, The extra burger (With cheese that I did not ask for but was charged for) was added, but one of the snack burgers that comes with the deal was omitted, Then!!! The Chicken was definitely "Re-Fried" it tasted like when you re-heat last night’s chicken in the Microwave, it was so dark, it was basically one shade away from being burned, The chips was ice cold, although I live like two minutes away from this new KFC, The mash was Ice cold, with the gravy luke warm, basically, the only item that was halfway ok was the freaking Pops. Almost R200 down the drain for this pathetic "food" If I got this for free, I would not have complained, but I did NOT!!! I paid hard earned money because I wanted to spoil my family. One would think that as a Brand New Establishment, they would still pull out all the Stops to impress potential new customers!!! No Thanx!! I will rather drive the Extra Kilometres and go to the old trusted shop. Shame on you!!!</p> <p> </p>
