PATHETIC FOOD EXPERIENCE AT KFC PROMENADE DRIVE TRU IN MITCHELL'S PLAIN

I went to buy my family supper today and I order 4x crunch boxes @ R59 per box it included a crunch burger ,1 piece of chicken , 2 x zinger wings , small chips and small cup of Coke. I also bought 1x kids happy meal burger with chips and cappy juice @ R39. When I arrived home the deal look nothing as what was advertised. Firstly the piece of chicken was as small as a wing and it was all tight. The burger was flat as the chicken patty was as thin as the slice cheese on it. The zinger wings was dry as if it just laid in oil for days and was dunked just before the order was made. I took a pic of the burger it was morsag prepared very disgusting and disappointed in the meal. As for my daughter's kids meal the box was as big as a shoe box it came in but the contents was a few dried out chips and another flat burger with minimal contents. What I did notice was the staff was mostly focused on drive tru customers. I spend R282 on the meals and I had a totally bad experience at this KFC. If this was in a well established area amongst whites there would have been impeccable service at a higher standard not only the food but customer service aswell. Just to think I am a regular KFC customer
