PATHETIC

I am so ****ed at KFC I ordered food last night I paid immediately on my bank app @ 7:32 PM I waited till Past 8 I called the branch the lady said sorry sir KFC delivery close @ 7 Why did you guys take my order knowingly that there is no delivery what is so sad is the fact that I have a 89 year old Grandma who was hungry who went to bed without food on top of that she's diabetic KFC have not reverse my money they said I must wait 7-14 working days you guys should be focken ashamed of the service and why are we donating R2 for Hope what hope I called the Westgate Mall manager of KFC when I spoke to her she said **** you and hung up on me I will definitely not leave it here the Manager's name is Kamiela
