Pathetic!! Do not order online!

I just wasted R189,90 on KFC that I ordered online but never received! The payment went off on my account for KFC Birchleigh but I did not receive an email with the order number. They have no idea what order I am talking about and repeating over and over that they did not receive an email for my order! Head office apparenly don't know about the order I placed for delivery either! Now there was funds deducted but no product or service received from KFC! I WANT A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!
