Pathetic, dissapointing service!

I have placed my order through the KFC Verulam drive through at 8:05 and its not 8:30 I'm still waitimg for my order! This drive through lane hasn't moved for the past 20 mins, it's called a drive through for a reason! Not a sit through!! I had called the manager whilst waiting, he then told me that they were waiting for the chicken to come out of the oven, so why not ask the customer that wanted the chicken move to the side and help the rest of the drive through that didn't order chicken!! Absolutely Pathetic Service!

KFC management clearly don't know the meaning of a "drive through" It's not 8:31 and I'm still waiting for my meal!!

I will definitely not being coming to KFC verulam again! it's incompetence!!

Absolutely no courtesy from the staff to atleast come through and inform us as to what's happening.
