Pathetic Delivery Times

I am absolutely disgusted at the delivery times this branch takes to deliver its food. Over the past week I have ordered 3 times, and on all occasions the food was delivered more than 1 hour late, which arrived cold. WHO CAN EAT COLD KFC!!!<br> <br> This branch REALLY needs to step up its game as they are serving HOT food and NOT COLD food. The staff at the branch are also very arrogant and abrupt. This is definitely not GOOD customer service. I will definitely not be ordering from this branch ever again and I will also recommend to family and friends never to use this branch.
