Pathetic delivery service - KFC Stormvoël Road

Please do yourself a favour and do not do an online order from KFC Stormvoël Road Pretoria. 1. Delivery took about an hour 2. I asked the driver if I can check what is in the bag to make sure everything ordered has been delivered. He said no as he assured me that all the items are in the bag (which he mentioned without reading it from a list). I believed him as it was late and I was in a hurry. 3. When inside the house my wife checked all the items and realised that 2 twisters, 1 packet of chips and the spices for the pops was not delivered. 4. we phoned customer service to complain. 5. the Stormvoël manager phoned and apologised and said the missing items will be delivered in 15 minutes. 6. Second elivery took place but only 1 hour and 15 minutes later. 7. When items were checked inside the house there was no spices. So my advice to all: do not place online orders + if you do ... when they arrive very late do check ALL items in bag before the driver leaves. Do the same at the drive through area as well (another similar story a while back).
