Pathetic customer service from KFC Laudium!!!!!

Went to the KFC last weekend to order breakfast and it was just a few minutes bedore half 10 which is when breakfast ends. Firstly there is no speaker box to place an order. Secondly, service is so slow that i sat there from 10:27 to 10:40 waiting to place my order Eventually when i get to the window to order breakfast the lady tells me it is no longer being served. I called for the Manager who was dressed in the most filthy clothes. I proceeded to tell her the issue and she starts screaming at me. I was aghast at her behaviour and asked her why are u screaming at me when im explaining the issue to you,she tells me “i am not screaming” so i asked her “then what do u call what you are doing” She walked away rudely and i proceeded to place an order for a crunch burger which had a chicken patty that tasted like it was refried and made me so ill that i ended up vomiting later that night. KFC laudium has become the worst KFC branch in the Pretoria West area, customer service is pathetic and the people who work there are rude. I would rather drive elsewhere to order KFC but i would never go to that branch again. And this is not the first time ive complained about the customer service,the last time i brought it up and nothing was done, i received no feedback.
