Pathetic Customer Service from KFC Glen Marais

I am now sick and tired of KFC Glen Marais. Every time we order from them, there are items missing. I normally don't complain but this seems to become a regular thing. We ordered the Burger Bonanza Combo tonight that includes 4 x Burgers, 2 x Large Chips & 4 Cold drinks. Our order arrived without the chips. The cold drinks came as "original coke" after I selected "zero sugar". We also.ordered a 24psc chicken bucket that ended up being "HOT" chicken. My children did not even want to eat tonight. This happens over and over again, that we pay for things, that we do not receive. I really think this is pathetic customer service and this will make that I rather order from other restaurants in future.
