Pathetic customer service

Yesterday 14/01/22 i bought food items at Kfc Empangeni 2 and when i got home, I realised that there were items missing, i phoned the store asked for the manager who said she was busy and i must call back later and didn't even want to take my numbers down. I called customer care spoke to Portia got the reference no but as of now 15/01/22 at 11:00 issue is still not resolved. I again this morning called customer care spoke to Thobile Msibi who also told i need to drive 250 km to Empangeni to resolve my query. What an effecient customer care department and what a customer focused store manager.
