Pathetic customer service

Worst experience with KFC delivery, I have been ordering from KFC Starwood for a long time and never had an issue, today a driver comes to my house complaining I have entered an incorrect address and I told the driver that I did not and that we always order and also provided him with the PIN number, the driver insisted that I did the wrong thing and swore me and drove off with my food. Really pathetic service.

The driver came to my property with a bike with registration number DC75LLZN and his name is Mhlaba

The order number was 111336.

I hope that someone from KFC deals with this as this is truly dismal customer service.
